SparrowTone, developed by Ethan Wang, presents a user-friendly solution for tuning the drones and chanter of the bagpipe. This free tuner is specifically designed for bagpipe enthusiasts and features three distinct displays tailored for different tuning needs.

The line graphic display offers a visual representation of pitch history, allowing users to monitor their adjustments over time.
A dedicated chanter graph provides an average pitch reading for each note, facilitating precise tuning of the chanter.
Finally, a simple graphic display aids in tuning drones effectively within a band context.

SparrowTone achieves remarkable accuracy—that is up to a tenth of a cent—making it comparable to traditional physical tuners. Moreover, it is available at no cost, making it accessible to all bagpipers.
